Order Processing
All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selection at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Certain store items are released on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. These pieces are crafted individually or produced in limited runs to maintain the quality and exclusivity of our brand.
Please note the following for pre-order and made-to-order purchases:

Processing Time: Production can take between 1–3 weeks, depending on the item.

Shipping Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped, along with tracking information.

Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are ready.

Cancellations: Pre-orders and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Updates: Any significant production or shipping updates will be communicated via email.
By purchasing a pre-order or made-to-order product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Seven Made is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
